This app seamlessly integrates with Uptivo heart rate sensors worn on the chest or arm, allowing for accurate and engaging tracking of cardio frequency-based effort during training sessions.  <li>Club Activities: Browse through the available club activities, sign up for them or get on the waiting list directly through the Uptivo app. You can conveniently purchase credits and subscriptions for attending club activities within the app.</li>
 <li>Integrations: The Uptivo app is compatible with Fitbit Ionic/Versa and Apple Watch (watchOS 5 or higher). Heart rate data from Apple Health can be utilized when using an Apple Watch.</li>
